Meet the Team
General Manager: Luke Wundke
Luke is a marketing professional by background with experience in numerous international markets across Asia, the Middle East, Africa as well as Australia. He has held management positions in Advertising, Digital Media and Marketing Consultancies as well as the Energy, Resources and Construction industries.
Luke brings a passion for marketing and communications along with a keen interest in small and medium business development to the role. When not looking to help others with his broad knowledge of developing brands, Luke is happily at work in a number of voluntary roles. Luke is passionate about kids in sports and spends his time between coaching, mentoring and administrative roles at a number of sporting clubs.
He has studied at a graduate level in Australia at ECU (Marketing) and at an executive level in the USA at Columbia University and in the UK at Cranfield School of Management.

Marketing Team Leader: Tiffany Watson
Tiffany is Marketing Consultant for MCMC Consulting with over 10 years’ experience in Marketing, Events and Sponsorship roles. She has worked in large advertising agencies and Brands in the UK and London. More recently she has managed large community and sporting events in Western Australia including Shinju Matsuri in Broome and the Lancelin Ocean Classic.
Tiffany worked for one of the largest retailers in the UK, ‘Sainsbury’s’ managing their sponsorship assets and partnerships. Including high profile sporting events including the London 2012 Paralympic Games and Soccer Superstar David Beckham.
Marketing Consultant: Danielle Glenister
Danielle is a driven, design-loving, deep-sea-exploring redhead with in-depth strategy, marketing,communications, production, art direction, copywriting & graphic design skills. She brings many incredible talents to the organisation as well as years of both professional and personal experience. Danielle will be assisting members with marketing strategy and brand development with a specific focus on social media marketing.
Chairperson: Jess Karlsson
Jess has been Chairperson of My Care My Choice since 2018 and was appointed to the role of CEO of Cahoots in September 2015, bringing with her extensive executive management experience in the NFP sector, including individualised services in recreation, youth, children, indigenous and disability services for almost a decade. Her community engagement and volunteering activities add to her skills and strengths, including; Rotary Club Board member, Community event coordinator, twice nominated Territory Young Achiever, Community Coach, and volunteer for a range of activities including delivery of disability recreation services.
Jess is passionate about providing inclusive opportunities for all people to grow and connect, as well as safeguarding our most vulnerable people, and have actively advocated for charity’s by advocating and leading physical challenges in fundraising activities such as climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and cycling 500km to Uluru in one day. Jess has a Bachelor of Exercise Sciences, Diploma of Sport Development, Diploma of Business and Management, and has just been awarded the 2016 Leadership WA Scholarship ‘enabling the rapid advancement of rising leaders’.
Board Director: Christine Truscott
Christine is a chemical engineer who worked in the mining industry for twenty years in a variety of positions. Her experience includes managing operating plants, running technical teams across an organisation and working with government, environmental, community and indigenous groups to allow the start-up of new mines. Christine has sat on various sporting and community committees and is currently a member of the Hockey WA Board and chairperson of their Risk Management and Governance Committee. Christine has been a member of the My Care My Choice Board since 2018.
Board Director: Antoine Darque
Antoine is a Director of petroDIP.com (Petroleum Deals in Play), a global marketplace for oil and gas assets. Opportunities on petroDIP.com range from oil discoveries offshore Australia to US onshore production. At petroDIP.com, members increase their visibility of the oil and gas asset deal flow and projects gain broad exposure to a global network of potential buyers and partners.
Equipped with an MBA and MEng, Antoine has advised clients on both technical and commercial aspects of the upstream oil and gas industry (corporate advisor for asset divestment and JV partner searches and facilities engineer for conceptual studies, development projects and operating asset support).
As an Associate Director at PCF Capital, Antoine advised resource companies on asset divestments and joint venture partner searches. He led several multi-million dollar project divestment processes, from initial pitch right through to negotiating sale agreements.
Prior to corporate advisory, Antoine worked as an engineer and consultant, principally in upstream oil and gas projects. Since 2009, Antoine has worked on various engineering projects and studies in the United Kingdom, West Africa and Australia. His experience goes across the project life cycle and includes development options reviews, conceptual studies, detailed design and operating facility support.
Antoine holds an MBA (Tracey Horton Scholar) from The University of Western Australia and a MEng (First Class Honours) from The University of Manchester. Antoine has been a member of the My Care My Choice Board since 2019.
Board Director: Darren von Bergheim
Darren is a leader and manager with a history of working in community services within government and sports administration. Currently working in Local Government within the Cultural and Community Development portfolio, whilst having an eye to evolving opportunities in the Aged Care sector.
A passionate community and social services professional with a Post Graduate Certificate focused in Business (Management) from Edith Cowan University. Strong interpersonal skills and a strategic business mindset are key traits Darren looks to apply in leading and collaborating within various team environments he associates with. Darren has been a member of the My Care My Choice Board since 2019.
Board Director: Leigh Hunter
Leigh is the Business Development and Senior Superannuation Specialist for CSF here in WA.
She is a proactive finance professional with over 20 years’ experience in financial services, including both superannuation and banking.
She is also a highly proactive, passionate, engaging and a result-driven professional who has demonstrated success in driving business development opportunities and market expansion across the superannuation and banking industries.
Her professional and personal brand is built on the best interest of her clients.
Passionate about community events Leigh regularly volunteers and is currently on the MDC committee helping to raise much needed funds and is also on her child’s Primary School Board.
Leigh has been a member of the My Care My Choice Board since 2019.
